How much can you love them...

Posted by Picasa

What a SCHMO...

I just love watching these guys... they gotta a learn a whole lotta stuff ... before they go to bed... because after this next big sleep they will be out on their own... check out how that little one is looking at his mother ...

Playing with my lighting

And film speeds WHEN I SHOULDN'T BE.

It was tough moving in the car, not trying to spook the mother, quickly look at where my settings were, not have the flash pop up, following along as these three made there way across their territory.. and watching for traffic.

AAAAhhh!!!!!

I am not crazy like the lady in the coquitlam now newspaper.. or was it the tri-cities... but along rolled the mazda5 and this is what I saw!

While I'm doing this...

He's doing that:
Things like axles, and rear ends, and missing gas tanks, and drive shafts ... I don't know Mr. Potts... I don't know!

What's holding them up?

More on nothingness

Something that I am good at.

So the boy cranked his toy.. doing nothing. It's still swollen, so I think the sprain is healing. If it is a sprain, instead of dislocating and relocating it all in one shot. Will never know I guess. He has managed to be able to cram his foot into his runner... which is all good...

The chickenista continues to be beautiful. How tragic is that ! Being a lovely tall blond. Today is her first day back at swimming after a bit of a break. She may thank me or snear at me tomorrow... I will duck at all times while next to her.

I went photo shopping yesterday for a short time... saw one pop out, but was too busy texting to snap a photo... sorry bear watchers, perhaps TODAY will be your camera day.

Am waiting for the coffee to kick in... that's when the action really starts! ... until then... this is all I have on the nothingness scale.

On the way to bear hunting:

Posted by Picasa

what's so odd about...

The photo ....?
So I bribed JimmyDean for the first day of school picture...
I asked to take a picture of him...

He said forget it...

Please...!

Double forget it ... said that JimmyDean..

Then the most loved words...

"I'll give you a ride ..."

Hence the photos .. of the same pose...

Even when I asked to make it crazy...

He said he was going all out...

And did his crazy pose.

Yes. ... his hair is crazy.

HER'S ... it's just luscious!

The chicklets... Sept edition

In continuation of the current

siutation called this life:

Have managed to enjoy the first week of school, such as it may be...

The boy managed to NOT make it to the first day of school, despite being dropped on the doorstep.

The boy managed to SPRAIN his large right toe, which has rendered him completely unable to go to school, since he could not walk. BUT because he had pressing matters such as ROCKSCHOOL sorts of things... he limped along in his socks to make it today.

The boys friends wanted him to join football. I believe given the last paragraph it's best that he plays a stationary object after all... cause just going to the rockschool can be dangerous!

The girl is most pleased and happy with her festival of events at school. Enough said... other than I am continuing to straighten her hair for her... because when you own 4 1/2 heads of hair, I guess you do need help.

Caratacus continues to live in the driveway with his jeep like structure. It's all wierd to me... not sure how he can do that shit... I just like to turn my little mazda5 on and go ... none of this upgrading crap. What a silly Mr. Potts.

Me... I just look for bears & take pictures of children.

one last accomplishment...

Not that this is a HUGE accomplsihment.. but it is something fairly small .. in my continued smallish life...

This was a cute book, easy to read & a pleasant one. It walked you through the very title of the book, and developed the story from the waiting room.

And if today doesn't trump...

the RETURN of a schedule ... ! I dont know what can...

Oh Merry First Day of School... albeit the 30 minutes that they spend inside those brick buildings of curiosity and mayhem... but hey.. it's what the taxpayers do around here.. so I'll go with that.

I should get the girl up so I can STRAIGHTEN her hair... easy to write, and easy to wish for ... not so easy to conquer!

AND the boy... well... it looks from his facebook status that he went to bed approximately 4 hours ago.... I am certain his yearbook pictures are going to look absolutely swell... whateva.

Over and out... drinking a cup of the java, and have PAUSED say yes to the dress... this works for me!

Labour Day!

Except not for me....

I have done a little of this, and a little of that... but nothing too labour intensive... I am leaving that to the husbandman.

He is currently outside in the driveway rebuilding his jeep and doing things to it.. like lifting it, and changing axles, and I don't know removing things, and welding stuff. A regular Caractacus Potts. It looks like icky heavy duty ugly real LABOUR intensive work... a perfect name for today, such as it is.

I on the other hand will work at staying warm, feeding the cat and the dog, and maybe the family... but that's about it!

BECAUSE:

tomorrow reality sets in...  and that is scarey enough!

no seriously....

I completely have NOT A LOT to say!

other than....
  • am looking forward to the return of school.
  • not sure why
  • afraid of the bridge traffic, but only on Thursdays.
  • mad at the tolls... that are here & are coming.
  • don't confuse that with trolls... cause I don't know any!
  • am a regular dog sitter these days! & fish sitter as well... because you know... that is REAL work.
  • am enjoying my fried tomatoes. TOO bad that I didn't really grow any of those types of vegetables in my garden..  oh wait... I really didn't grow MUCH in my garden this past summer.... flowers included.
  • Have tried to look for a deal to go on a cruise.
  • Have watched while the husbandman has spent every last single piece of our life savings on HIS jeep. Oh wait... we don't have life savings... so who cares.
  • Spent a completely chaotic day at work. No make that psychotic. No make that frenzied & schizophrenic.
  • the PIP and I saw two bears. So cool... wish I had better pictures.
  • Have planted a seed ... in an effort to obtain bigger and better in the camera-ing department...
  • somehow somehow somehow... I have managed to come up with a cold. I don't get colds... I .  simply . don't.
  • I want to know where the days go... I know yesterday I made a little pot of coffee at 0700 in the am.. and wished to just welcome the day... because it was MY LAST DAY where the frenzied/harried events for the next 10 months will happen... and 6:30 yesterday afternoon I was still out doing things.... I am not sure when the day started and stopped...
  • I got my second shock fixed on the Mazda 5 on Thursday, in the last 5 months my 3 1/2 year old vehicle has cost me over 550.00 to repair, not including the 900.00 spent on new tires .... and all this for a HOUSEWIFE that drives her children around the corners of Port Coquitlam, and the speedbumps in the Safeway parking lot.
  • alright ... enough!

I think I'm...

Saving for my next lens... and I think a NEW BODY. OK.. ha ah ah ahh aha ha.. in more ways than ONE can I write that down! Yes people... I think 500 mm would suit me just fine. This lovely guy was happily munching up a storm while I stood there and snapped a couple of these. It was nice to see the light settle on the field, as well there were deer in the background.
